In respect of Investment Advisers (as mandated by SEBI)
1. Vision and Mission Statements for Investors
Vision: Invest with knowledge & safety.
Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in suitable
investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet
their goals, access relevant reports, and achieve financial wellness.
2. Details of Business Transacted by the Investment Adviser
- Enter into a written agreement with the client detailing services, fees, conflict of interest disclosures and confidentiality.
- Conduct proper, unbiased risk profiling and suitability assessment of clients.
- Obtain and maintain client KYC through SEBI-registered KRA and CKYC.
- Conduct annual compliance audits.
- Disclose complaint status on the website.
- Disclose registration details, address, contact details and associated SEBI regional office.
- Employ only qualified and certified personnel.
- Deal with clients only through official communication channels.
- Maintain records of all advisory-related interactions with clients and prospective clients.
3. Details of Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)
Onboarding of Clients
- Sharing of advisory agreement copy.
- Completion of KYC formalities.
Disclosures to Clients
- Full disclosure of business activities, affiliations and compensation in the agreement.
- Advisor shall not access client accounts or holdings.
- Disclosure of client risk profile.
Investment advice shall be provided strictly based on the client’s risk profile
and suitability assessment.
4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- In case of any grievance, the investor should first approach the concerned Investment Adviser.
- The Adviser shall endeavour to resolve the grievance within 30 days.
- If unresolved, the investor may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal.
- SCORES is a centralized web-based grievance redressal system that allows tracking of complaint status.

5. Expectations from the Investors (Responsibilities)
Do’s
- Deal only with SEBI registered Investment Advisers.
- Verify the Adviser’s SEBI registration number.
- Pay advisory fees only through banking channels and obtain receipts.
- Ensure risk profiling is conducted before accepting advice.
- Ask questions and understand risks, returns, liquidity and safety aspects.
- Obtain written terms and conditions duly signed.
- Remain vigilant and approach appropriate authorities for grievance redressal.
- Inform SEBI about advisers offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Don’ts
- Do not act on unsolicited stock tips or messages.
- Do not provide funds to the Investment Adviser.
- Do not fall for promises of assured or exorbitant returns.
- Avoid acting solely on phone calls, messages or market rumours.
- Do not share trading or demat login credentials.
- Do not rush into investments that do not match your risk profile or goals.
